Why is It Important to Convert Shares in Dematerialized Form | Physical to Demat Services

According to SEBI guidelines Physical Share certificates will have no value after April 1, 2023. People with Physical Shares, if not dematerialized will be stuck with frozen folios, on or after October 1, 2023.
